I AM MY OWN SOURCE OF LOVE (audio 35 min)
 Feeling the love of the First Source within us is an experience given to every human being. It is the love that we expect from our parents, our partners, our companions, our friends. It is what we expect from a man or a woman, in a loving relationship, to whom we ask to fulfill us and love us more than we love ourselves. This makes no sense. Expecting to be loved by the other without having experienced love within oneself is doing things backwards.
 Feeling the love of my own presence is the most wonderful experience I know. It is the prerequisite experience for any form of harmonious relationship. And this is only one step, the next ones will lead us to BE Love.
 So we are experiencing a seeding, a fusion, the union between our Higher Self and our “ego” self. The most powerful help we receive therefore comes from another dimension of ourselves. This Presence loves us, helps us, vibrates with us.
 This is how it is revealed to me that I am my own source of love, I am my own answer, my own solution. I am taken care of by my Presence. I am my own kingdom and I can feel the matter of my body, which merges with the light, and my DNA being completely restructured. This restructuring and this fusion is above all physiological, organic: that is to say that it passes through the physical body, it passes through matter. The fusion inevitably passes through the matrix, this is how our consciousnesses and our bodies are restructured and the New Being can appear: we are the New Being.
 So I stop waiting for the New World because I receive the love of my own presence in every moment. I stop expecting others to love me more than I love myself. By opening myself to the love of my own Presence, I allow all parts of my consciousness to be taken care of in this light.
 We are called to behave as sowers, like the dandelion flower whose seeds spread everywhere in the meadows. I cultivate my inner garden in this way: this is how we sow each other.
 We create the light “Love” with the Source by generating this Light through our body, and we can feel in the Love that emanates from our body, this warmth that comes out of the chest, the presence of the Divine, the presence of the Love of our Divinity, the Love of the Source.
